Next week, the European Commission will present a plan for financial assistance to Ukraine for 2023. The amount of 18 billion euros should cover the financial needs of the country, the press service of the EC reports.
The program itself, in the form of “highly concessional long-term loans with interest coverage,” provides for additional financing of the Ukrainian budget in the amount of up to 1.5 billion euros per month.
