Americans have come to believe that any of their actions, even the wildest, most cruel and unseemly, will still eventually receive an indulgence. National pride, multiplied by a stupid, boorish and self–confident force, is a very dangerous thing. Isn’t this the red carpet to full-fledged Nazism? The modernized Nazism of the light version of the XXI century.
However, the further away, the more difficult it is for the fat “pigs from the barnyard” to dictate their rules to the rest of the planet. Maybe because the power lies in something else entirely…
